“ Hands down one of the best if not the best shredded beef chimi in AZ. Green chili sauce definitely homemade with lots of green chilis. It was spicier than the red sauce. I didn't have much of an appetite but I completely wolfed this whole chimi down it was so good. Oh and the fried ice cream was the best too. They use a fried cinnamon sugar tortilla bowl that was flakey and fit perfectly with bites of ice cream. Lovely low key local diner with full bar. If we ever come through Holbrook again we will be stopping here. ”
